Omni Global Ventures Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16773571). Our registered address is in Middlesbrough, England. We are VAT registered. For all enquiries, contact info@omniglobalventures.co.uk.
All orders placed with Omni Global Ventures Ltd constitute an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. We will notify you promptly in such circumstances and issue a full refund where payment has been taken.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be added at the point of order confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) and other methods as communicated at checkout. Trade account holders with approved credit terms must pay within the agreed period. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in goods does not pass until full payment is received. We deliver to mainland UK addresses; additional charges and timescales may apply to other locations. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Consumer customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Business customers should contact us within 7 days of receipt to report any order discrepancies or damaged goods. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through the relevant manufacturer or distributor. Software licences and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Trade accounts are subject to approval and credit assessment. Approved credit limits and payment terms may be revised at our discretion. Trade account holders are responsible for all orders placed on their account. Misuse of a trade account may result in suspension or termination without notice.
All products are supplied with the relevant manufacturer's warranty. We do not make additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from product use.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
